How long does a renovation take in Singapore?
A single bathroom is typically two to three weeks. A partial HDB renovation runs around four to six weeks, and a full unit with hacking, carpentry, and finishes commonly takes eight to twelve weeks. We give you a programme with the quotation rather than a vague estimate.
Do you handle HDB permits and MCST submissions?
Yes. We prepare and submit the required renovation permits for HDB works and the necessary documentation for condominium management, including insurance and contractor details, before works begin.
Can you take over a renovation that another contractor abandoned?
We do take over stalled projects. We will need to inspect the completed works first and issue a fresh scope for the remaining items, since we can only warrant the portions we carry out ourselves.
Do you provide design as well as construction?
We handle space planning, layout changes, material and finish selection, and can work from your own designer's drawings. Our strength is executing the build accurately and on programme.
