Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quotation, engaging our services, or using dkconstructionandengineering.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Quotations & Pricing

• Quotations are based on information and site conditions available at the time of assessment.
• Prices may be revised if actual site conditions or client requirements differ from the original scope.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the worksite. Delays caused by restricted access, incomplete handover, or third-party trades are not the responsibility of D&K Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, progress, and final payment, will be set out in your quotation or service agreement. Outstanding payments may be subject to a halt in works until settled.

Warranty & Liability

Workmanship is covered by any warranty period stated in your quotation. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, normal wear and tear, or damage arising from third-party work carried out after our handover.

Cancellations

Cancellations after works have commenced may be subject to charges for materials ordered and work already completed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
