Overview
A partition is the fastest way to change how a space works — turning an oversized living area into an extra bedroom, or an open-plan office into meeting rooms. Because it is stud-framed rather than masonry, it goes up quickly, comes down cleanly, and does not load the structure.
We build drywall, glass, and aluminium partitions for homes, shops, and offices, with insulation where sound matters and openings framed for doors and glazing. Each partition is set out square, boarded, and finished paint-ready.
What we cover
Stud-framed partition walls to create bedrooms, storerooms, or meeting rooms, boarded both sides and finished flat.
Acoustic insulation and double boarding where privacy matters — between bedrooms, offices, or a home and a shared wall.
Framed and frameless glass partitions for offices and shops where daylight and sightlines need to be kept.
Openings framed and reinforced for swing or sliding doors, glazing, and pass-through hatches.
How it works
We mark the partition line, check ventilation and lighting for the new space, and flag any HDB or building constraints.
Metal or timber studs are fixed to floor, wall, and ceiling, set plumb and square with openings framed for doors.
Insulation is fitted where specified, then the frame is boarded both sides and openings are trimmed.
Joints taped and skimmed, corners beaded, and the wall left paint-ready with door frames set for the carpenter.

Yes — a stud-framed drywall partition is the usual way to create an extra bedroom. We check ventilation, lighting, and any HDB or building restrictions on the layout, and can add insulation for sound before boarding.
A standard partition reduces sound; for genuine privacy we add acoustic insulation in the cavity and double-board one or both sides. Full soundproofing also depends on sealing gaps at the floor, ceiling, and door.
Yes. Because a drywall partition is stud-framed and not load-bearing, it can be taken down cleanly, with the floor and ceiling made good afterwards. That is one of the main advantages over a masonry wall.
