How do you minimise disruption to my business during renovation?
We programme noisy and dusty works for after hours or weekends, phase the job so sections stay operational, and schedule everything around your opening hours. The programme is agreed before works start so you know exactly when each trade is on site.
Do you handle F&B kitchen and exhaust requirements?
Yes. F&B kitchens are built to meet the relevant NEA and SCDF requirements, including exhaust and grease extraction systems, plumbing, flooring, and the layout of wet and dry areas. We advise on compliance requirements early so they are built in rather than corrected later.
Can you reinstate a leased premises to its original condition?
Yes. We carry out reinstatement works — removing existing fixtures, partitions, and finishes, making good floors, walls, and ceilings, and restoring the premises to the condition your lease requires. We can review the reinstatement clause and quote to match it.
Do you renovate warehouses with racking and storage areas?
Yes. We handle warehouse renovations including hard-wearing flooring, storage area layouts, partitions, and electrical works. Racking installation is coordinated with your racking supplier or carried out to the approved layout and loading requirements.
