Replacing windows is as much about the fixing and sealing as the window itself. A good unit installed with poor anchoring or sloppy sealant will still rattle, leak in heavy rain, and — in a high-rise — raise a genuine safety concern.
We supply and install new aluminium windows — sliding, casement, and top-hung — with correct anchoring, weather sealing, and safe removal of the old frames. Openings are measured, the new units are fitted plumb and square, and every panel is checked for operation and seal.

We measure each opening and confirm the window type, opening direction, and glass specification for the location.

Confirm the specification
Frame profile, glass, and hardware are agreed, and any building or HDB requirements are checked before ordering.

Remove and install
Old frames are removed safely, new units set plumb and square, anchored, and sealed against water ingress.

Test and make good
Every panel is opened, closed, and locked, the seal is checked, and the reveal is made good and cleaned.

Do I need approval to replace my windows?
HDB and condominiums usually require the work to be done by an approved installer and, for HDB, using approved window types with the correct documentation. We check and comply with the requirements for your property before installing.
Will new windows stop rain from leaking in?
Correctly installed and sealed windows are designed to keep rain out. Leaks come from poor sealing, worn gaskets, or blocked drainage slots, all of which a proper new installation addresses from the start.
Can you match the new windows to my existing ones?
In most cases we can match the profile, colour, and opening style so replacements blend with any windows you keep. Where an exact match is not available, we advise the closest compliant option.
